Detailed Introduction
Servo turret tailstock machine features:
●Relatively high-density resin sand is integrally cast, which is not easy to deform and can protect the accuracy and long-term stability. The fuselage structure has been analyzed by finite element and adopts a reinforced rib structure, so that the whole machine has high rigidity and excellent performance;
●The spindle head adopts a herringbone design, with a stable structure and strong rigidity, and is suitable for powerful cutting;
●Both the X-axis and Z-axis adopt heavy-precision C3-level ball screws, and the fixed end is supported by P4-level combined angled ball bearings to improve machining accuracy. The X-axis and Z-axis both use heavy-duty and high-rigidity linear slide rails. The rails and rails have been calculated and analyzed to obtain optimized spans, high resistance, high rigidity, and fast displacement, which increases work efficiency and shortens work time;
●Equipped with suitable precision and high-speed spindle, capable of high-precision and high-gloss cutting;
● Equipped with electric or servo hydraulic turret, hydraulic tailstock, rough and fine turning can be formed in one go, long shafts and discs can be processed, and the function is excellent;
●Optional power tool turret, equipped with 0 degree or 90 degree power head, turning and milling can be formed in one go;
●It can be equipped with an automatic chip removal machine to remove chips independently, which is convenient for cleaning. It has a fully protective appearance and is simple and elegant.
