The cutting fluid emulsified oil agent series is a highly versatile emulsified cutting fluid compound. It has good lubricity, rust prevention, cooling, defoaming and biological stability.
It is suitable for ferrous metals, and is also suitable for rough machining and finishing of different loads on non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper.
The emulsion of this formula is stable, does not separate out oil, does not separate out soap, has no cheese-like floating layer, and has biological stability. The emulsification speed is very fast, the liquid preparation is convenient, and the system will not be clogged.
Cutting fluid (coolant) is an industrial liquid used to cool and lubricate cutting tools and workpieces during metal cutting and grinding processes. Cutting fluid is scientifically compounded with a variety of super functional additives. It has good cooling performance, lubrication performance, anti-rust performance, oil removal and cleaning function, anti-corrosion function and easy dilution. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional soap-based emulsion, which is easy to smell in summer, difficult to dilute in winter, and has poor anti-rust effect. It also has no adverse effects on lathe paint. It is suitable for cutting and grinding of ferrous metals and is currently the most advanced grinding product. All indicators of cutting fluid are better than saponified oil. It has good cooling, cleaning, rust prevention and other characteristics. It is also non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive to the human body, non-corrosive to equipment, and non-polluting to the environment.
Emulsified oil is a product made by adding appropriate amounts of rust inhibitors and emulsifiers to base oil. The oil-based appearance is brown to light brown translucent and uniform oil body at room temperature. According to different uses, they are divided into No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4. Among them: No. 1 has better rust resistance, No. 2 has better cleanability, No. 3 has better extreme pressure resistance, and No. 4 is transparent (suitable for metal processing cooling with special requirements and can also be used as internal combustion engine coolant). Emulsified oil and water are mixed in a certain proportion to form an emulsion, which has anti-rust, cleaning and extreme pressure properties and is suitable for use as a coolant in metal processing, cutting and other processes.
Emulsified oil is mainly used in the hydraulic supports of fully mechanized mining working faces. The hydraulic support is one of the key equipment in the fully mechanized mining working face. It consists of columns, cylinders, top beams, bases, various control valves and pipelines. Its support, lifting, movement, pushing and overload protection all rely on pressure. Liquid - high water content hydraulic fluid, flows in a system composed of pipelines and control components with a certain structure to achieve energy transmission and conversion.
It is suitable for high-speed and high-precision cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous metal workpieces in metal processing and the turning, drilling, boring, reaming, threading and rolling processes of common machine tools, and can improve the durability and cutting efficiency of cutting tools.
Generally speaking, emulsified oil is made by adding 70% to 90% of fuel (gasoline, diesel or heavy oil) to nearly 30% to 10% of water (mass emulsified oil ratio, the same below), adding 0.5% to 1% of additives, and then passing through a special equipment for emulsification. The oil becomes a water-in-oil molecular group. The particles of this molecular group are generally 0.5 to 10 μm. The smaller and more uniform the particles, the longer the stability period of the emulsified oil, usually 1 to 6 months. Separation means demulsification, and will lose its properties after demulsification.
