Handling robots are industrial robots that can perform automated handling operations. Handling robots can be equipped with different end effectors to complete workpiece handling of various shapes and states, greatly reducing human heavy physical labor. The handling robot is a device used for industrial motion control and generally consists of an execution system, a drive system and a control system. Handling robots have the advantages of simple structure, low cost, and easy maintenance. They can replace people in work, move workpieces from a certain place to a designated working position, or manipulate workpieces for processing according to work requirements. It is widely used in machine tool loading and unloading, stamping machine automated production lines, automatic assembly lines, palletizing handling, automatic handling of containers, etc. Some developed countries have set a maximum limit for manual handling. Anything exceeding the limit must be completed by handling robots.
